The Project
The Meridian is East Pittsburgh’s newest shopping, dining, and living destination, located at the highly desirable corner of Shady and Penn Avenues across from the newly revamped East Liberty Transit Center.
The Shops
Anchored by a 36,000 square foot Market District by Giant Eagle, The Meridian features an additional 38,000 SF for retail, restaurants, and services on the ground floor with 240 parking stalls dedicated to retail parking.
Living
The residential portion of the project will consist of 231 apartments to help satisfy the neighborhood’s demand for housing and live ▸ work ▸ play environment.
